With the exception of emergencies, cancellations require a 24-hour notice. If the appointment is not kept or cancelled with a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of our cash fee. This fee is not usually covered by insurance. You are allowed 1 missed session without penalty. Additionally, if you have an established appointment time but miss 3 sessions, you will lose your standing appointment slot.
