Anxiety Therapy in Chicagoland
Anxiety can look like constant worry, racing thoughts, panic, trouble sleeping, avoiding things you used to enjoy, or a stomachache before school. It's one of the most common reasons people reach out, and you don't have to just live with it. Unbroken Family Counseling helps children, teens and adults with anxiety in Plainfield, Geneva, Downers Grove and Evanston, and through telehealth across Illinois.
Our therapists help you understand what drives your anxiety and build practical coping skills you can use day to day. Some of our clinicians draw on approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Sessions are by appointment, and we accept most major insurance plans (including BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Tricare and Medicare; no HMOs). We also offer a self-pay rate.
