OCD Therapy in Chicagoland
Obsessive-compulsive disorder can look like intrusive thoughts that won't quiet down, rituals or checking that take over the day, fear of contamination, or a need for things to feel "just right." It is exhausting, and you do not have to manage it alone. Unbroken Family Counseling helps children, teens and adults with OCD in Plainfield, Downers Grove, Geneva and Evanston, and through telehealth across Illinois.
Our clinicians who treat OCD help you understand the cycle of obsessions and compulsions and build skills you can use day to day. Approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Sessions are by appointment, and we accept most major insurance plans (including BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Tricare and Medicare; no HMOs). We also offer a self-pay rate.
