Postpartum & Maternal Mental Health Therapy in Chicagoland

Pregnancy and life with a new baby can be joyful, and also exhausting, lonely and overwhelming. Many new and expecting moms struggle with anxiety, low mood, intrusive worries, or simply not feeling like themselves, and it's not a sign that you're doing anything wrong. Unbroken Family Counseling offers support for pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the stress of new parenthood at our Downers Grove and Plainfield offices and through telehealth across Illinois, including with a bilingual English/Spanish clinician.

Our clinicians offer a warm, judgment-free space to talk about what you're feeling, build coping skills and self-care that fit real life with a baby, and adjust to changing family roles. Telehealth can make it easier to fit therapy around feedings and naps. Sessions are by appointment, and we accept most major insurance plans (including BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Tricare and Medicare; no HMOs). We also offer a self-pay rate.
