Couples & Marriage Counseling in Chicagoland
Every relationship goes through hard seasons. That can mean constant arguing, growing apart, trust broken by infidelity, stress after a baby or a move, or wondering whether to stay together. Unbroken Family Counseling works with married, engaged and dating couples in Geneva, Plainfield, Downers Grove and Evanston, and through telehealth across Illinois.
Our couples therapists give both partners a fair, judgment-free place to be heard. Together you'll work on communication, rebuilding trust and handling conflict. Several of our clinicians list the Gottman Method among their approaches. Sessions are by appointment, and we accept most major insurance plans (including BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Tricare and Medicare; no HMOs). We also offer a self-pay rate.
Call (630) 300-8928 or register at unbrokenfamilycounseling.com/register, and we'll match you with a couples therapist.

Common questions
Can we do couples counseling online?
Yes. All of our clinicians offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth, which can make it easier to schedule around two calendars.
How much does couples counseling cost?
Our fee is $300 for the first session and $250 after that. We accept many insurance plans, and our self-pay rate is $100 per session. Check with your insurer about your out-of-pocket cost.
What if one of us is unsure about therapy?
That's common. We usually suggest giving a therapist 2–3 sessions to see if it's a good fit, and we'll help you find a different match if it isn't.
