Foster Care & Adoption Counseling in Chicagoland

Foster care and adoption can bring a lot of love along with hard questions about identity, loss and belonging. Children and teens may struggle with trust or big emotions, and parents may feel unsure how to help. Unbroken Family Counseling supports foster and adoptive families, and adults who were adopted, at our Plainfield, Geneva and Downers Grove offices and through telehealth across Illinois.

Our clinicians help children and families talk openly, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships at home, whether a child has just arrived or has been with you for years. Sessions are by appointment, and we accept most major insurance plans (including BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Aetna Better Health, Blue Cross Community, Meridian, United Healthcare/Optum, Tricare and Medicare; no HMOs). We also offer a self-pay rate.
